COVID 19

Well, what can we say. This was not in the plan for any of us. But we now need to make plans that ensure we all stay safe and well.

Due to Covid 19, we have decided not to open our glamping tents for this year.

 

Instead we have decided that, for your piece of mind and ours, we will just open to receive you in your own tents for 2020. You will be able to relax in the knowledge that you are surrounded by your own things and that piece of mind is priceless at the moment. 

​

To enable you to wash your dishes, we will give a time slot for the use of the washing up area. We will leave plenty of products to enable you to clean the space before and after you use it. There will only be 4 pitches in operation for this year, so you will not be pressed for time. We will also come up and perform extra cleans in between to really double up on the safety front.

Following the government guidelines, when we are able to open, we will not be opening our communal shower unit.

 

Instead we will provide a sheltered area off your private composting toilet structure, where you can have sole use of a solar shower for your stay.

This will really take you back to the good old days of camping when we were children!  You will be able to fill the shower bag at the water station, or from the natural spring if you prefer, and pop the bag on the roof of your loo. The glorious Welsh sunshine will warm your shower bag, and the water inside it, then hey presto, a lukewarm trickle will be at your disposal. ;)

We understand that this wont suit everyone, but for us it would be an easy compromise to be able to have the freedom and beauty that a stay here will offer.
